About Us:
We are a nurturing and educational day care center, dedicated to providing a safe and stimulating environment for children. As we expand our services, we are seeking caring and energetic individuals to join our team as Day Care Staff and help us foster the growth and development of the children in our care.

Position: Day Care Staff
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage with children in various activities, including play, learning, and social interactions.
Create a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress and well-being.
Ensure that all safety and hygiene standards are met.
Assist with meal and snack preparation and distribution.
Monitor children’s behavior and provide guidance as needed.
Help with the setup and cleanup of daily activities and spaces.
Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and supportive atmosphere.
Perform other duties as assigned by the center’s director.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in early childhood education or child development are a plus.
Previous experience working with children in a day care, school, or similar setting.
Patience, creativity, and a love for working with children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Ability to pass a background check and meet other regulatory requirements.
