Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to update and maintain information in our company databases and systems. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.

Key Responsibilities:
Input and update data in company systems and databases.
Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness.
Retrieve and organize data as required for reports or projects.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist in generating reports and summaries from the database.
Identify and correct data entry errors promptly.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
