Key Roles and Responsibilities
Data Input:

Entering Information: Input data from various sources into computer systems or databases, including text, numbers, and other information.
Accuracy: Ensure data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
Data Verification:

Checking Accuracy: Review and verify the accuracy of entered data by comparing it with source documents.
Correcting Errors: Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in data entries.
Data Maintenance:

Updating Records: Update existing records with new information as needed.
Deleting Records: Remove outdated or incorrect information from databases.
Data Retrieval:

Accessing Data: Retrieve and compile data from databases or files as requested by supervisors or other departments.
Generating Reports: Produce reports and summaries based on the data entered, as required.
