Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain data in our systems. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately in company databases and spreadsheets
Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Organize and maintain electronic and paper records
Assist with generating reports and retrieving data as needed
Perform routine data quality checks and corrections
Support administrative tasks related to data management

Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in data entry or administrative support preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software
Fast and accurate typing skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
