Train Customer Service and European Planning teams on data related processes in SAP
Work closely with the HR Systems team in managing data governance and data management
Develop a working knowledge of HR Systems and toolsets
JDE systems experience is desirable
Execute quality control checks and oversight of tasks completed by off-shore team on a daily basis (as defined in process controls and procedures)
Provide support to the Client Fee schedule review process
Reviews engineering documentation, reports, specifications, and drawings to determine documentation and material requirements, ensure compliance with engineering specifications, and to ensure engineering orders reflect latest requirement
Develop required approval package by compiling release packages ensuring all documentation is present
Ensures all documents have Notifies appropriate departments of any new or updated data
Maintain the action item s for the TRB and CCB board.
