Description

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer support system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
