Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating them to the appropriate department if necessary.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company procedures.
Maintain and update customer records in the database.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service.
Stay informed about new products, services, and promotions.
Contribute to a positive team environment by being proactive and supportive of colleagues.
Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using customer service software and systems.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
