Job Description:
We are seeking friendly and customer-focused individuals to join our supermarket team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our supermarket, providing excellent service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns in person and over the phone.
Process transactions at the customer service counter.
Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive shopping environment.
Keep the customer service area clean and organized.
Follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced supermarket environment.
Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
Friendly and approachable demeanor.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
