Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide information about products, services, and policies to customers.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:
