Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges as required.
Assist with billing, technical support, and general inquiries.
Document and update customer records in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide the best solutions.
Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
