Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative (Less than 1 Year Experience)
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
Handle complaints and provide solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Assist customers with product information, services, and support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Process orders, applications, and requests, following company protocols.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service in a timely manner.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to help improve operations.
Requirements:
Up to 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
