Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support & Communication:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.

2. Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

3. Order Processing & Documentation:
Process orders, returns, and exchanges.

Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.

Track and report customer feedback to improve service quality.

4. Sales & Upselling (If Applicable):
Recommend additional products or services that may benefit the customer.

Assist with processing payments and refunds.

5. Compliance & Professionalism:
Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times.

Meet performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings.

Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).
