Description
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers, and implementing solutions.
Maintain and update customer records and accounts.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and address any unresolved matters.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a Customer Service Officer or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
