Description
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide information about products/services, pricing, availability, and order status
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to meet customer needs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer issues and improve processes
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
