Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our culinary team at our prestigious 5-star hotel. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, contributing to the culinary excellence and reputation of our establishment.

Responsibilities:
Plan and execute the preparation of a variety of dishes according to the hotel’s standards.
Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet or exceed guest expectations.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate and streamline cooking processes.
Monitor and maintain stock levels, and assist in ordering supplies.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Contribute to menu planning and development.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Cook in a high-end or 5-star hotel.
Culinary arts degree or equivalent certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
