Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to hotel recipes and standards
Ensure the quality and presentation of food meets the hotel’s expectations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow
Monitor and manage kitchen inventory and supplies
Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations in food preparation
Assist in menu planning and development
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cook in a hotel or restaurant setting
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Creativity in food presentation and flavor combinations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
