Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cook/Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in food preparation.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet customer expectations and preferences.
Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
Follow proper food handling and sanitation guidelines.
Manage inventory levels and communicate with suppliers as needed.
Contribute to the development of new menu items.
Uphold kitchen cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant or similar setting.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Understanding of food safety regulations.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification in food handling and safety.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
