Key Responsibilities:

Perform assigned tasks as per the job role, including manual labor, technical tasks, or machinery operation
Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment
Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites
Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete projects efficiently
Operate tools and equipment as required by the position
Ensure materials are properly handled and stored
Report any issues or hazards to site management
Work collaboratively with other construction staff to meet project deadlines
Requirements:

Previous experience in construction-related roles (depending on the position)
Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions
Physical fitness for manual labor positions
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed
Trade certifications (for skilled positions such as electricians, plumbers, etc.) are a plus
Knowledge of construction machinery for operators
