Description
The Construction Foreman oversees and coordinates the work of construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This role involves a combination of hands-on work, management, and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Supervision and Coordination:
Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
Coordinate and supervise the work of construction workers and subcontractors.
Ensure that all work is performed safely, on time, and within budget.
Planning and Scheduling:
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
Determine labor requirements and allocate responsibilities to construction workers.

Resource Management:

Order and manage materials and supplies needed for the project.

Communication:

Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require additional technical or vocational training.
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
Skills:
