Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Site Cleaner to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness on construction sites, ensuring a safe and tidy environment for all workers.

Responsibilities:

Clean and remove debris from construction sites, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste materials.
Ensure that all work areas are free of hazards and obstructions to maintain a safe environment.
Collect and dispose of garbage, recyclables, and other waste materials from designated areas.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break areas, and other common spaces on the construction site.
Assist in the organization and storage of tools, materials, and equipment to prevent accidents.
Handle the proper disposal of hazardous materials in accordance with safety guidelines.
Provide support to construction workers by moving materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
Follow all safety protocols and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Site Cleaner or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures on construction sites.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
