Job Description:

We are seeking a resourceful Concierge Assistant to join our front desk team in Dubai. As a Concierge Assistant, you will help guests with inquiries, reservations, and local recommendations, enhancing their overall experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.
Assist guests with restaurant reservations, tour bookings, and ticket arrangements.
Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
Maintain knowledge of local events and activities to provide recommendations.
Support the front desk with check-ins, check-outs, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Friendly and approachable personality.
