Position: Concierge
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, dining, and entertainment.
Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and special events.
Arrange transportation, including taxi, limousine, and shuttle services.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with luggage and offer support with special requests, such as room service or housekeeping needs.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the hotel’s services, facilities, and activities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service for guests.
Manage and organize the delivery of packages and mail for guests.
Provide a warm, welcoming environment and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is a plus.
Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Proficiency in using reservation systems and other hotel management software.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
