Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control computer systems and related equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in troubleshooting system issues and resolving basic hardware or software problems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups and data entry, to ensure system efficiency.
Learn to execute scheduled jobs and batch processes, following company procedures.
Provide support for daily operations by generating reports, printing documents, and running diagnostic tests.
Help in maintaining computer logs and records of system performance and any issues encountered.
Assist in updating and maintaining system software, as required by the IT team.
Work closely with other departments to ensure systems meet operational needs.
Follow up on unresolved issues and coordinate with the IT support team for complex problems.
Requirements:

No prior experience required; fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional IT training or certification is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
