Job Opportunity: Commercial Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent coordination skills? We are currently looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our team in Dubai!

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing: Coordinate and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Communication: Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain commercial documents, invoices, and shipping records.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands.
Customer Support: Provide assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Commercial Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and commercial software.
Knowledge of import/export procedures is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
