Job Title: Client Service Associate
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Assist clients with account opening, documentation, and account maintenance procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client requests and inquiries.
Provide product information, pricing details, and assistance with product selection to clients.
Process client orders, payments, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
Monitor client accounts and transactions for any discrepancies or irregularities.
Prepare and present reports on client feedback, trends, and satisfaction levels.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Prior experience in client services, customer support, or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approach.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information.
Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
