Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Supervisor. The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout our facilities.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, including assigning duties, training new hires, and monitoring performance.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of all areas.
Inspect facilities regularly to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and address any deficiencies or issues promptly.
Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all cleaning staff adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Handle complaints and requests from clients or building occupants in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain records of cleaning activities, including schedules, inspections, and inventory.
Provide leadership and support to cleaning staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform light to moderate lifting.
