Job Summary:

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Cleaners/Janitors. Cleaners/Janitors play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting surfaces
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
Empty trash cans and dispose of waste in designated areas
Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces to ensure they are free of smudges and stains
Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap as needed
Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and in a timely manner
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
Adhere to health and safety regulations, including wearing protective equipment when necessary
Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues
Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
