I have excellent knowledge about the Construction Baseline Program, Bill of Quantities, and Structure Shop drawings. I have extensive experience in Project Execution especially group of villas/high rise Buildings, Residential Buildings, managing multiple complex projects of various sizes simultaneously along with a deep entrepreneurial background. My most recent experience was working with Project Director on a daily basis ensuring their projects were completed on time, on budget and defect free. I was responsible for all Day-to-day planning, supervision and monitoring of overall site executed work. Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and notify them of any problems as the project is in progress. Evaluate the material, resources and manpower required for different activities. Monitor the progress of work compared with the project approved schedule. Report the material requirements to the procurement department in order to book/purchase the materials timely. Perform and lead the Coordination work of all trades on site. Monitor the performance of the site engineers and foremen. Review and approve the subcontractor’s monthly invoices. Review and follow up material submitted delivery. Attending the weekly progress meetings and the technical meetings held with the contractor on site.
