We are hiring a Fresh Chef to join our kitchen team in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring culinary professionals who are passionate about cooking and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer preferences
Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored
Assist in the creation of new dishes and seasonal menus
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
Follow food safety and hygiene standards in the preparation and cooking of food
Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order completion
Monitor food portions and presentation to ensure high-quality standards
Assist in ordering and managing kitchen supplies and inventory
Handle food preparation for special events and catering orders when needed

Requirements:

Fresh graduate from a culinary school or high school diploma
Passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in a kitchen is a plus but not required
