Position: Catering Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of catering events from start to finish, including planning, preparation, and execution.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing customized catering solutions.
Develop and maintain event timelines, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to create menus and ensure timely food preparation.
Manage the setup, service, and breakdown of catering events, ensuring high standards of service.
Coordinate logistics, including transportation, equipment rental, and staffing.
Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed.
Handle administrative tasks, such as contracts, billing, and record-keeping.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during events.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a catering coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and catering management software.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
