Position: Catering Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate catering events from start to finish.
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Develop detailed event plans, including menus, timelines, and staffing requirements.
Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.
Manage event logistics, including transportation, setup, and cleanup.
Oversee the setup and presentation of food and beverages at events.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during events.
Maintain records of event details and client interactions.
Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or event management is a plus.
Proven experience in catering coordination or a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
