Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Carpenter Foreman to lead our team of carpenters and ensure the successful completion of construction projects. As a Carpenter Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing carpentry work, managing the team, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. Your leadership skills, attention to detail, and expertise in carpentry will contribute to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of carpenters, assigning tasks and managing work schedules.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction documents.
Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of structures, fixtures, and furniture.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Provide guidance and training to junior carpenters and apprentices.
Monitor the quality of work to ensure it meets project specifications and standards.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to order materials and supplies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during construction.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Carpenter Foreman or in a similar leadership role is required.
Proficiency in carpentry techniques, tools, and equipment.
Strong understanding of construction processes and building codes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor as needed.
Trade certification or vocational training in carpentry is a plus.
