Position: Cargo Operations Agent

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee cargo operations activities
Liaise with airlines, shipping companies, and ground handling agents
Ensure efficient and timely loading and unloading of cargo
Verify and document cargo contents and details
Address customer inquiries and provide cargo information
Monitor and track cargo shipments
Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Cargo Operations Agent is preferred
Knowledge of cargo handling procedures and regulations
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
