Essential Responsibilities

Prepare documents for export loads. Coordinate customs clearance as well as inspection as required. Coordinate deliveries to customers and warehouses. Control free time of containers and review demur-rage/detention invoices prior to payment. Review weekly trucker invoices and approve payment. Set up daily container traffic with truckers as well as negotiate rates. Assisting internal and external customers in solving issues. Cooperation and coordination of work with strategic vendors. Cooperation with carriers, forwarding companies, trucking companies, cold storage, agencies, other AJC offices to ensure a successful logistic process.
