Description

Duties are to be performed under the direction of the Car Park Supervisor

– Handle and record sales and maintain records of sales accurately and efficiently

– Working hours may include Fridays and holidays.

– Duties may be assigned on flexible shifts (Day/ Night).

– Maintain good communications and consult regularly with the Supervisor and Car Park Manager.

– Attend to the emergency vehicle mechanical failures when required.

– Maintains excellent customer service and good relations with all Clients/Visitors.

– Cooperate and liaise with Client’s security department to manage Car Park Security

– Implement an effective process for reporting incidents, violation and conducting timely investigations and inform Supervisor immediately

– Maintain an Emergency response plan as approved by Client’s Health & Safety team.

– Compliance with Health and Safety manuals and procedures

– Guide vehicle to the vacant spaces to avoid unnecessary circulation and traffic congestion.

– Identify and notify any unusual activity within the car park

– Inspecting accidents and injuries, reviewing, analyzing, registering and writing report

– Handling traffic inside the car park and assure smooth flow of traffic all the time

– Ensure prevention of any theft, crime and non-social activities inside the car park

– Practice lost and found tracking mechanism
