* Requirements:

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear and friendly phone manner.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging customer interactions.
Proficiency in using computer systems and customer management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
