Are you a friendly and persuasive communicator? Join our team in Dubai as a Call Center Representative and provide top-notch customer service to our clients!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support.
Provide product and service information, and resolve customer issues effectively.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet sales targets.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain high standards of customer service.
Use CRM software and other tools to manage customer data and interactions.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using call center software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in customer service is a plus.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
