As a Bellboy, you will be an integral part of our hotel’s guest services team, responsible for providing a warm welcome and assistance to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with luggage handling and delivery to their rooms.
Escorting guests to their accommodations, providing information about hotel facilities and services.
Assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and providing information about local attractions or directions.
Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby and entrance areas.
Operating luggage carts, elevators, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Collaborating with the front desk and other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times to uphold our hotel’s standards of service.
Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina and ability to lift and transport heavy luggage.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
