We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, and adept at crafting delicious coffee beverages.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages according to café standards.
Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide menu recommendations when needed.
Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, efficiently and safely.
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of coffee-making equipment and the café’s service area.
Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in beverage preparation and service.
Handle transactions and cash registers accurately while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Assist in stocking and restocking coffee beans, supplies, and other café items.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.

Requirements:
Prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role within a café or similar environment is preferred.
Knowledge of various coffee types, brewing methods, and espresso-making techniques.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
