Description

As a Barista/Bartender/Shisha Maker, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages, including coffee, cocktails, and shisha, while providing excellent customer service. This position requires proficiency in the preparation of drinks and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including coffee, espresso-based drinks, cocktails, and shisha, following established recipes and standards.
Operate coffee machines, espresso makers, shisha pipes, and other equipment efficiently and safely.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, and providing recommendations when needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the bar, coffee station, and shisha setup, adhering to health and safety standards.
Ensure inventory levels are sufficient by monitoring stock, placing orders, and managing supplies for beverages and shisha ingredients.
Adhere to all relevant regulations and laws regarding the service of alcoholic beverages, tobacco, and health and safety standards.
Uphold the establishment’s standards of service and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista, bartender, or shisha maker is preferred but not mandatory. Training may be provided for the right candidate.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, cocktail mixing, and shisha preparation is advantageous.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with patrons in a friendly and attentive manner.
Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of hygiene and safety standards in food and beverage service.
