We are seeking a Fresh Barista to join our café team in Dubai. If you’re passionate about coffee and providing excellent customer service, this is the perfect opportunity to start your career in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to customer preferences
Operate coffee-making equipment and ensure it is clean and in good working condition
Take customer orders and provide recommendations on menu items
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the café, including counters, tables, and equipment
Maintain stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, and inform management when reordering is needed
Handle customer payments and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
Provide friendly, prompt, and professional service to all customers
Assist with the preparation of pastries, snacks, or light food items as needed
Follow health and safety standards, including proper hygiene and food handling practices
Requirements:

Fresh graduate or high school diploma
Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently and manage time in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and cleanliness
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience as a barista or in a café environment is a plus but not required
