Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Dubai. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring that each drink meets our customers’ expectations. You will be the face of our café, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks.
Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, with precision and care.
Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and answer any questions they may have about the menu.
Ensure that beverages are prepared to the highest standards, with attention to detail in presentation and taste.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas.
Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and report any shortages to management.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices.
Provide personalized recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
Assist with the preparation of simple food items, such as sandwiches and pastries, as needed.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes and service standards.
Foster a positive and friendly environment for both customers and team members.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso-based drinks.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
A passion for coffee and a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
