Responsibilities:
Support lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Provide individualized attention and support to students as needed
Supervise students during classroom activities and outdoor play
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized learning environment
Collaborate with lead teachers and parents to address student needs
Participate in professional development and training opportunities

Requirements:
Previous experience in a childcare or educational setting is a plus
Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education in early childhood education is preferred
Passion for working with children and promoting their holistic development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
