Description

Responsibilities:

Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising and coordinating all restaurant activities.
Train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent service.
Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing payroll expenses.
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality to meet customer expectations.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
Conduct regular inspections of the dining area and facilities to ensure cleanliness.
Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies to drive sales.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
Understanding of health and safety regulations.
