Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and present design concepts for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Create detailed architectural and interior design plans using CAD software.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Prepare and present design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings.
Select materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the project vision and budget.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulations.
Oversee the progress of construction and installation to ensure adherence to design specifications.
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Architect or Interior Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and creativity.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent visual awareness and attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
