Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office/administrative functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and possesses strong administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain office records, including electronic and physical filing systems.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management and staff.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Coordinate office activities and events, such as training sessions or team-building activities.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and clients/customers as required.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
