**Key Responsibilities:**
β Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
β Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
β Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
β Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
β Maintain and update physical and digital files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
β Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
β Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
β Assist in travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
β Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.
β Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
**Qualifications:**
β High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
β Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
β Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
β Strong written and verbal communication skills.
β Excellent organizational and time management skills.
β Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
β Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
β Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
β Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
β Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
β Associateβs or Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or a related field.
β Experience with MS Office & basic Computer skills.
β Previous experience in administration.
