Description

We are looking for an Administrative/Receptionist to join our team immediately and support our daily office procedures. The candidate should be available in UAE.
We are looking for a professional candidate for our Real Estate Brokerage Office who can handle the office work.
– Email correspondence, follow-ups, reminders and phone calls and coordination with Estate Agents and Clients.
– Preparing Real estate forms such as Contract A, B and F online through Dubai Rest App and completing all paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner.
– Submits required documents for each property to secure Trakheesi permit and Listing Verification
– Managing CRM and Property listings in Portals like Property finder, Bayut Dubizzle and other portals etc. Ensures that all listed ads are verified and checked.
– Performs any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
– Prepares Invoices and Receipts.
– Managing a client database and preparing reports.
– Keeping updated with RERA rules and regulations.
-Knowledge of Picture/ Video editing tools such as photoshop will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of databases, MS Office, Tenancy contracts & Ejari
-Person with good oral and written communication skills, having 2-3 years’ experience in Dubai Real estate is must.
-Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Experience with office management software like CRM, MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
