Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit reports, memos, and presentations.
Maintain and organize filing systems (physical and digital).
Manage office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
Assist with basic bookkeeping and record-keeping tasks.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
