Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and correspondence.
Assist with data entry, maintaining databases, and tracking expenses.
Order office supplies and manage inventory.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Support other departments with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
